He was admitted to the hospital yesterday. Actor Irrfan Khan breathed his last on Wednesday morning. At just 53 years old.

His mother died in Jaipur just four days ago. Irfan could not reach there due to lockdown. However, some media claimed that the actor could not go to his mother's funeral due to illness. He has been battling a brain tumor for several years. After recovering, he also made a comeback with the film 'English Medium'. But he was admitted to Kokilaben Hospital in Mumbai on Tuesday with a colon infection. He died at the hospital this morning. Irfan left his two sons and his wife and moved to a new world.

A few days ago, Irfan wrote to the fans on Twitter, “Sometimes we forget the importance of love in the pursuit of winning life. But weak times remind us of that. So I want to pause for a moment before setting foot on the next step in life. I would like to thank all of you for your unconditional love and for being by my side. This love of yours has covered my pain. So I am returning to you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. ” Irfan came back. His last released film 'English Medium' was not released in theaters due to lockdown.

He never weakened for a moment while fighting death. Irfan wrote on social media, "Hello brothers and sisters. I am Irfan. I have a kind with you again! The film 'English Medium' is very important to me. Believe me, the way I made the picture with love, I wanted to promote it in the same way. But some unwanted guests have come and settled in my body, I am talking to them for the time being. Let's see what happens! In any case, I will let you know. "

After that, in that video, Irrfan Khan was heard jokingly saying, "There is a proverb that says, 'When life holds a lemon in your hand, you should make lemonade (sherbet) with it.' Life will catch a lemon and it is very difficult to make 'Shikanji' with it. The reality is very difficult. However, living with positive thinking should be the goal of life. Hopefully, you can learn a lot from this picture. You will laugh as well as cry. Enjoy the trailer and watch the picture. And yes, wait for me. "

Irrfan Khan’s demise is a loss to the world of cinema and theater. He will be remembered for his versatile performances across different mediums. My thoughts are with his family, friends and admirers. May his soul rest in peace.
Irfan was born on January 8, 1966 in Jaipur, India to a Muslim aristocratic family. Irfan's mother, Begum Tanak, came from a Hakim family and his late father, Jagirdar, was a resident of Tanmo district where he traded in turbans. He received a scholarship from the National School of Drama (NSD) in New Delhi in 1984, though he was then studying for an MA degree.

Growing up, Irrfan Khan first tried to be a cricketer. After that he tried small business but failed. He then enrolled in the MA course. While studying for his MA course, Irfan got a golden opportunity in 1984. He got the opportunity to study at the National School of Drama in New Delhi with a scholarship. From there he earned a diploma in Dramatic Arts.

After graduating from the National School of Drama, Irrfan Khan moved to Mumbai. Here he started his career with a television serial, although at first he had to suffer a lot. He used to do tuition at first and fix AC in people's homes. After coming to Mumbai, he acted one by one in Chanaukya, Bharat Ek Khoj, Sara Jaha Hamara, Banegi Aapne Baat, Chandrakant, Srikanth, Anugunj, Star Bestsellers and Spurs. Many of these were television serials like Doordarshan and Star Plus. Irfan was the main villain in a Starplus series called 'Dar'. In it, he played the role of a psycho serial killer opposite KK Menon. In this way, he was revolving between theater and TV serials. In 1978, his career began to take a new turn. Director Mira Nair offered him a guest role in his movie Salam Bombay. But the unfortunate thing is that his character was eventually left out in the editing of the film. The movie Salam Bombay was later nominated for an Oscar from India. The film also won the National Film Award of India. However, Irrfan Khan did not stop editing his movie.
